We work with leading platforms including Lutron, Control4, Savant, Apple HomeKit, Google Home and others. We'll recommend the best fit for your goals and budget during the design phase.

Some elements can be retrofitted, but the cleanest results come from planning during construction. If you're renovating, this is the time to do it right. We can also discuss retrofit options for specific systems.

It varies widely based on scope. A basic lighting and climate package might add 5-10% to your renovation budget. A full whole-home automation system is a more significant investment. We provide detailed pricing in our proposals.

We provide support after handover. Smart home systems occasionally need adjustments, updates or troubleshooting. We're available and accountable after the project is complete.
